Warping brake discs?

Bought a 2005 Ford Focus 2.0lr TDCI 140 bhp, 6 months ago. Not long after we bought the car the steering wheel started vibrating when I braked at any speed. Put it down to the front brake discs being warpped even though new brake discs had been put on the car just before I bought it supposedly (private sale). So I bought a new set of discs and pads for the front and put them on the car. After that the car was fine to drive and no vibration in steering wheel.
That was 2 months ago and have done about 2.5 - 3 thousand miles since. Now the vibration is back when braking again.
Car is not abused are driven hard. Any ideas what could be causing this ?

Excessive braking without giving the disks time to cool.

Do you brake to a halt from speed and then sit with your foot on the brake?. Laziness in not using the handbrake after heavy braking is the usual way discs warp, the pads keep one part hot while the rest cools causing the disc to warp.

Did you check the track rods?
Maybe you have a warped wheel (if you've alloys)?
    Your wheels may need balancing?
Warped discs usually show up when breaking at low speed.

Run a search on here - they aren't warped. you should find it on a search.
