Pilates Classes in Naas

    Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any Pilates classes starting in Naas in the next few weeks and where there are good classes on? Thanks :)

    Naas Physio Center run them all the time but are very expensive.

    Naas Health and fitness run classes every few weeks, try give them a buzz.

    There's a few classes starting this week in Fairgreen Holistic Centre near the Ivy Inn. I can pm you the ladies number if you like.

    Could you PM me the number as well? Does this lady also do yoga? I found the physio place quite expensive considering no-one recommends them.
