Anyone any suggestions for decent bike lights (ideally on a budget)? Was cycling past the scalp/eniskerry the other morning before the sun came up and a bit more light would of been good to see by. Currently I've got a spark exposure, which is blinding on the main setting when you're in suburbia... but out into the country in the dark its only just about good enough to be cycling on, I think something with a bit more ambient light would be better -- the spark is very focused.

Exposure Strada, works a treat on pitch black roads.

If you are on a tighter budget check out... Magicshine

    Bright enough for country roads.

Take a look across in the cycling forum.

There, the cycling wiki has a lot of information:

    (look up "lights")

probably a reason it was posted on ART rather than cycling - probably wanted a proper answer :)
