    Hi all

I am aiming for a 10k race on 7.11.10 and following a sub45 min 10k race plan. However, i am considering doing the Seville marathon on 13.2.11 and following a marathon training plan for that one. How do i/can i incorporate the 2 plans so i get the best out of both races?

Btw i haven't started the marathon training plan as yet so hence the question

    Any feedback/advice greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Keep training for the 10k then you ve 3 months to the marathon so select a 12 week plan.simples!

Edit: I should ask is it your first marathon and what is your long run at the weekend?

Ok. Was looking at marathon plans with an 18 week time frame so that is what probably threw me. I will look for a 12 week and tailor it to suit then.

It will be my second marathon, done London a few years ago..

    Thanks Kenny.
