Help please! what form to fill in to pay preliminary tax for 2010?

Hi, Im just filling in form 11 to declare rental income for the end of 09 and i understand i need to pay preliminary tax for 2010. but i cant see where on form 11 to delcare this or how i pay it? Any help greatly appreciated

You should have receive a Pay and File Notice.

If not simply send a letter to Collector General's Office with a cheque
