Has the time changed yet? Or when is it meant to change? And is it going back or forward?

    AHs answer

Time changed about a minute ago, and, wait for it, 1.. 2.. 3.., there, just changed again.

    Real answer

Changes next Sunday at 2am, goes back one hour.

It does if the bar doesn't stop serving til 2:30am & they don't kick u out til 3am... which they do! obviously an extended license or something, but i know for sure on a normal night that club doesn't stop serving til 2:30...

so, WOOO to extra hour at bar!!!

look i'm like super tired right now, i've been awake since 6pm fri, i can't comprehend basic things and everything is very funny right now.. :(

Why did it take 3 seconds for the time to change ? Is there a wormhole experimenting for 2012 ?

Any bar ive ever been in they dont give you the extra hour - staff would have to work longer too

Three simple questions which most people know.

That's not hard luck honey, that just plain lazy.

Not yet. Does not change until next Sunday, best time to change back an hour is 1am! Thought Ireland might not bother to change back an hour this year so looks like the clocks are going back an hour next weekend!

Does anyone know why we bother with the daylight savings crap anymore? Ok, back in the olden days we did it so farmers and other outdoorsy workers had an extra hour of daylight during winter. Thanks to the invention of the light bulb I think this pointless tradition should be done away with. Set the time back/forward 30 mins and be done with it!!

What are you talking about. The idea is to make office workers get more light at night in Summer, and a good one too. Bog all to do with farmers who get up with the sunrise anyway.

Doesn't work like that unfortunately. If it closes at half two normally, it will close at "half two", which is now half one!

Thought they usually did it at the bank holiday to make things easier?

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Time doesn't change really until you approach the speed of light.
