Most antique shops have collar pins along with tiepins and cufflinks. You should also try TM Lewins on South Anne Street. I don't remember seeing any there if they are the most likely to have one.

If you go online there are plentiful on ebay.

If all else fails I have an old one that you can have as I don't use them anymore.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

As Old Goat said, I think antique shops would be your best bet for collar pins. I had problems finding a tie pin last year, and eventually found some in antique shops - one on Duke Street (I think - it was on one of the streets between Grafton Street and Dawson Street) and the other on South Anne Street.
