I still think is amazing that people think that our current problems by the Green party. About 50% of voters in the last election voted for Fianna fail. After loosing all those seats in the council electons the Green party really have no choice but to stay in as long as possible. I'd consider voting for the green party

As I recall, the only reason Fianna Fail are in power is because the Greens went into coalition with them. I also seem to recall them saying they wouldn't do that before people voted for them.

Next election prediction? Greens wiped out.

    Not at all.
Sgt. Seargeant has been known to take on both cops and robbers.

They are not cowards, but they are as thick as sh*t. Amazingly, they are even worse than FF, as they have no political savvy & are governed by the raving loony animal rights activists in the party. I will never vote green again.

I thought it would be in Mr. FoxT's interest to be a Green party supporter.
Depends on which part of the country you come from I suppose.

FF gets 18% - a drop of more support.
(And thats with a 3% margin of error)
There has been a dramatic fall in support for Fianna Fáil, according to the latest Red C opinion poll for tomorrow's Sunday Business Post, which shows the party has the support of just 18% of voters.

Fine Gael remains the party with the largest support, while Labour has benefited most from the drop of support for Fianna Fáil.

The Red C poll was taken on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and is the first since the announcement of the final figures for the bank bailout, as well as the failed attempt to find political consensus on the measures to be included in December's Budget.

Fianna Fáil support is down six points to 18%, the lowest rating the party has ever received in a Red C poll. Fine Gael gains one point to 32%, while Labour has regained the 4% the party lost in last month's poll, to return to 27%.

The Green Party, which was central to efforts to find consensus on the Budget, gain one point to 4%, Sinn Féin drop one to 9%, while Independents and Others gain one point to 10%.
