I have decided to open up a facility for bands to rehearse and just a general hang out area,while these musicians are hanging out,does anybody have any suggestions as to how i can get a few bob extra out of them?e.g pool tables,food,drinks etc. Thanks.

Maybe establish a relationship with a printer or CD-printer, negotiate some good rates for volume, and apply a bit of mark-up before selling on to the bands so that they can get their flyers and CDs through you.
