    Selling a WeeRide centre-mounted child seat. Suitable for children up to about 15kg. Fits flat-bar bikes only.

    Some info of the seat here: http://www.weeride.ie/

    See this video for details of how it fits to bike: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QKTXwY9TIU

    Mine is the older model blue and yellow seat as seen in stock photo below. In reasonable condition, seat fabric has faded somewhat and some surface rust on the bolts for the mounting bar but all costmetic. Will post up some photos of mine tomorrow.

    Asking €20. Dublin 15 area. Too heavy & bulky to post so collection or local delivery only.

    I am interested. During the week I am in the city centre. Let me know or otherwise I might be able to collect.

    @wannabe7a

    Won't be able to bring it into city centre - I cycle to work and it's far too bulky to carry on a road bike. Pick up from D15 or I might be able to drop it off if I've a chance.

    @wannabe7a - I received your PM but please note all discussions need to happen on thread until an offer is made and accepted - boards rules! So if you are happy to make an offer then we can discuss arrangments over PM.

    To answer your question on my availability and condition of the child seat - I'm off work on Friday so I can possibly drop it off with you or meet you somewhere convienient, but I'm not around the rest of the weekend. There are no missing parts to the seat or attachment (I may be missing the spanner and allen key - not sure), so you should have no problem fitting it based on the video I linked to in the first post. However, I had it fitted slightly differently on my own bike so I can discuss that if you want.

    Sorry, I am a newbee. Just got on board a few days ago. So did not know about the rules.
    I am off on TGF as well. Living in co. Dublin so meeting in town would be okay, but I will have to bring the little one with me. Best would be in the afternoon.

    No worries. So I assume you are offering the asking price of €20? If so, please confirm on thread and then send me a PM with your phone number, I'll give you a call to arrange meet up.

    Friday afternoon isn't great for me, but depending on your whereabouts in Co Dublin you are I could drop it to your house at some other stage on Friday.

    Right, from my interpretation of forum rules mint man gets first refusal as he was first to offer asking. wannabe7a, you are second in line. Any issues with that, then maybe contact a mod to get clarification.

    mint man - pm with contact details on the way.

    No worries. You seem to know the rules. I am just a new joiner and I learnt my lesson the hard way. I will still have enough time for my little one to find something else. Enjoy the great weather for Easter. Thanks for letting me know anyway.
