1997-2003 all models. You should have no bother getting one in any breakers yard.

It depends on whether the model you have is the pre facelifted model or the facelifted model which has the VVTi engines which was launched in late 2000.

The seats from both versions should fit but the fabric/colour on the VVTi models are different to that of the earlier model.

Seat covers are very handy;)... That said, getting an avensis drivers seat in any trim would be no bother.
