    What are the best and cheapest Beauty Salons around kinda blackrock/stillorgan/town?
    For Tan, eyebrow shape, eyelash tint, make up application...
    looking for somewhere not too expensive but at the same time i want it done well!
    Any ideas?

    Carter Beauty in Blackrock do spray tans for e15. I had it done myself and it was good.

    URBAN PRINCESS in blackrock on temple road has 15 euro tans and 20% of all treatments they have special offers on the whole time, there is another salon 'shape and beauty' opposite the side of conways and all the treatments are affordable, massage 28 euro for half an hour and 42 euro for full body, tan is more expensive though, all facials are around 40 euro as well.
