Hi there, I bought a taurus pt 24/7 co2 nbb pistol about 3 weeks ago. it was working great when i got it first but that has changed. what happened was i put the co2 canister into the mag and when the co2 was gone i went to take it out and it was stuck, i had to force it but managed to get it out in the end. when i put a new co2 canister in and shot the gun the bb's only went about 2 meters. Also as soon as i pull the triger back about 2mm's the bb's just fall out the barrel. i also baught a new mag because i thaught that was the problem but it was not. Hope there is someone out there that can help. Thanks

If you only got it 3 weeks ago I'd say bring it back to the shop and get them to have a look at it. If you open it yourself you'll void the warrenty.

Although I don't know why you had to force the CO2 cartridge out, it should just slide out when you unscrew the large grub screw. Or by force it out did you mean the magazine?

unfortunetely i did the stupid thing of spraying the gun before the problem came about so i cannot return it. for some reason the co2 canister got stuck in the mag so that is why i had to force the mag. Also do you know how to disassemble a taurus pt 24/7 and if you do please let me know?

Well ok you wouldn't be able to return/exchange it, but they might be able to repair it for you.
As for disassembly, there should be two pins holding the slide to the body. Tap them out and lift the slide up. Thats as far as I went with my 24/7 so I can't help anymore, but that should get the ball rolling for you ;).

Ah rite, Thanks a million should be able to fix it now. whats wrong with it is that there is no rubber on the inside of the barrel and when i put the magazine in the bb's just roll down and out of the barrel. I think the rubber got caught in the magazine and that is how it is no longer there. I am also wondering if it is the hop-up/baxs system rubber or if the baxs is located in a different part of the gun and where i could get a new rubber to fit it. Thanks

By the sounds of things yeah its the BAX rubber alright. Haven't the slightest clue where you'd get one though. Trying asking Hobby Airsoft as they stock this particular gun and deal in cybergun products.
