    On the last 3 occasions that I've been intimate with my girlfriend, I have experienced throbbing head and neck pain when I climax. It only happens at the moment of climax but last for half an hour. We thought maybe it was high blood pressure but we checked that and my BP was normal. We are worried that I might burst a blood vessel or have a stroke.

    Has anybody ever experienced this or heard of similar stories?

    No, and I have never heard of it. Go to a GP asap.

    I would strongly recommend a trip to your GP as soon as possible.
