Video calling between Iphone4 and Windows XP?

Hey guys,
a friend of mine who's abroad and missing their 4 year old daughter terribly at the moment, asked me how they could set up a video call / conference on their iphone, to connect to a windows XP laptop with built-in webcam and mic back home.

Skype doesnt seem to have this yet, and facetime seems to only work between 2 iphones.

The best i have found so far is a 1 way webcam & audio stream monitor called iCam.:

This will allow them to view the stream on their iphone4, but will not allow the windows machine to view anything from the iphone.

Does anyone know of a better 2 way application that will run between windows xp and the iphone?

There is no webcafe near unforunately.

Not yet anyway, but now that Facetime for the Mac has been released, it's just a matter of time before someone reverse engineers it for Windows.

Imovicha is jailbreak only, and Yahoo Messenger is buggy - lots of people reporting problems trying to initiate video chat.

there is tango, but its only iphone 4 - iphone 4 or to android phones. there is no desktop client

I tried to get tango to work tonight, but I can't get my contacts to show up in it.. Is there a trick to it?

the other contact has to add it as well before. its very weird, i had trouble as well, ive uninstalled it now.
