Magnet- Setting up Netgear WGR614v7

Having problems setting this up. I'm on magnet fiber to home. When I plug in the route it detects that I have an ip assigned by magnet and asks me to fill this page out How do I find the details for this?

you need to contact magnet, so they can provide this information, they are the only people can, because it seems you have a fixed ip address

will ipconfig/all not return these results? I tried doing this and under magnet.ie it has all these fields but they dont seem to work.

Rang magnet but they werent much help. Told me to ring back on Tuesday
