Advice on mid campaign level

    I running through the campaign again to pick up the achievements I've missed.

    Am about to do Cut-throat. The Hard one (Solitaire) is to complete the mission without training any additional SCVs.

    Am wondering how anyone else did this. I can't rearch orbital command so far. Do I get the option in this mission? So far I've done everthing else, was hoping that I had not researched/upgraded to OC in my 1st run-through.

    Got it. After doing Safe Haven the option to upgrade was availible.

    Am doing the missions in different order than the last time. Makes some harder. I didn't have siege tanks on The Great train Robbery and had to keep those Diamondbacks running around the map. A lot easier with 5-6 well placed siege tanks.....

    you can have siege tanks on The Great Train Robbery :eek: man i did it on brutal with just mass diamond backs. It was hard!

    same as... took forever to get everything done, and them feckin marauder groups...

    only way to go dude! :D however, i had no tanks only marines and them diamondbacks.. great times!

    So my lesson for the day is unlock siege tanks BEFORE doing the train mission when redoing the campaign on Brutal...............

    well its very possible to complete it with no tanks, it just takes more time. oh, and abuse the save option. only way through it.
