If the moneys right in a year or two, yes.

Other than that, hell no. Hes already stated they mocked his personal issues after he left. Plus I can't see them re-hiring him now that he's heel and could still be going to prison and Matt Hardy going to TNA is like another nail in the WWE coffin.

Course he will. Give 'em a few years to faff around in TNA before sorting his life out and coming back to the main stage in WWE. At some point he'll realise that the big money's in WWE and he'll be getting too old and needs to "now or never" with WWE.

TNA will always take him back. Hell they took him back when he has/had a drug-related jail-sentence looming overhead!

If his legal issues were resolved, Vince would take him back the first chance he could. Much like his first stint in TNA did not mean he would not end up back in the WWE, he is still unlikely to remain away from the WWE for too long.

Vince would take back Jeff tomorrow if he could. Why? Simples!

Jeff when in the E drew Vince a lot of money!

With Vince it always comes back to the money!

    +1

As said he was a top draw in wwe before he left and would be when he got back. If Jeff leaves TNA after his contract expires Vince would pick him up within months(if he hasnt gone to Jail)

I don't think the question is will WWE take Jeff back, I think that's a given. The question is will he go back? Especially if TNA sign Matt, I think he'll be thinking long and hard before leaving TNA. Less dates for great money (he may not be earning as much as he would in WWE but I'd imagine TNA are paying him quite a bit), working with his friends (and possibly family) and I think he didn't take kindly to them allowing Punk bring up his drugs bust. I think he'll be back there eventually, but not in the near future.

Don't kid yourself, he went back to WWE like a shot before, he'd do the same again. WWE can offer him far more financially, professionally and exposure wise than TNA could ever dream of.

He had kind of already burned a few bridges with TNA at the time though, so it's not like he had infinite options. Plus I doubt TNA were paying him then anything near what they are now. Ordinarily I'd agree with you, but I think it's been well established by now that Hardy can be rather unpredictable.
