where is over speeding letter posted to?

hi
i bought a car 4 years back.
after 1 year of purchase, i changed my house.
but i did not change the address on the car
i did not know that i had to send the letter to dept of environment in clare.

my license address was changed
i receive my NCT letters on new address

i dont know if i was ever caught on camera for speeding.
where do the letter for speeding ticket posted to?
do you think they may have gone to my old address if i had any in the last 3 years?

I would imagine that they are sent to the address where the car is listed as registered to.

NCT only send letters to the registered owner address, as per the VLC. Something fishy me thinks.

anyway i posted the registration certificate to shannon office for updating their records.

Well the easiest way of knowing is if you've been getting your tax notices in the post for the last few years, if you have then you don't have a problem.

i get my tax letters to my new address and yes i am paying them (just paid one yday)
so looks like all is fine.

where is over speeding letter posted to?
