Ghost tours - recommendations

A few years ago, myself and my wife did one of the Ghost tours in Edinburgh and it absolutely made our trip - full of interesting local stories and very creepy as well. Ever since whenever we travel somewhere we try to find if there's a similar local event but usually unless there's flyers easily obtained it's all a bit word of mouth. Just been to Belfast for a trip and would recommend the tour there (got one of your classic dubious pics while I was on it) - I see from another thread that the Dublin Ghost Bus is good, but possibly not the Fright night and that there's a good one in Drogheda as well, which I might try out if I'm ever up in that neck of the woods. Anybody else with recommendations of good ghost tours from anywhere they've been while travelling?
From my own local area, Kinsale do one that's great fun, but more in the pantomine/comedy sense than a creepy one.

There's a place is Tralee called "Nightmare Realm" I think. Supposed to be very spooky.

I live in Killarney, went to "The Nightmare Realm" a couple of weeks ago, I don't think it's really what the OP is looking for but oh my god its terrifying.

Very scary! I would advise people to do it, but Ill never do it again!

And I don't scare easy!!!!!!!

I know there's a 'ghost walk' in Cobh, Co. Cork, that's led by local historian Michael Martin; the same guy who's a guide on The Titanic Trail in the town.

The tour is about an hour long, and Michael takes people to all the history-laden sights in the town that have a reputation for being haunted. The tour is a mixture of numerous local ghost stories and historical insights.

Of course, Cobh was the last stop-off point for the ill-fated Titanic, the bodies of hundreds of Lusitania (the ship that was bombed not far from Cobh) victims were piled outside the Town Hall (now a library, I think), and up to one million people emigrated from the port of Cobh during the Famine.

The tour requires a minimum of 8 people for it to go ahead, and costs €15 per person. I heard the tour usually begins at around 7:30pm.

I haven't had the opportunity to try the ghost walk myself yet (would love to though - Cobh has great character with all its little winding streets and hills), but I've only heard good reports about it.
