    i was deboning a rabbit this morning and in the back leg i discovered a load of tiny yellow balls i'm sure they were eggs of some sort- maybe some kind of parasite?
    has anyone come across this before??confused.gif

    My guess would be tapeworm cyst?

    If cooked properly, it should be safe to eat.

    Personally, given that there's no shortage of rabbits, I wouldn't eat it.

    In my experience cysts look like clear sacs ! Depending on the size yellow balls sounds like fat to me ......?

    Without a pic hard to say, fat normally is not ball shaped, more glands build ity up, very prominent in old cock phezzies
