My hotpress is right beside the fireplace but cylinder is below the level for pipes, The pipes are 3/4 and run in from oil heating into cylinder and then to rads, about 4 feet from cylinder da pipes run vertical cud i connect into these pipes with stove pipework????
also the oil system is a sealed system and am aware i need a vented system for stove the house im in is a 3 story. The room below the attic i have a rad which is served with 1/2 pipe could i tap into these and use then for the feed and expansion ???

NO NO NO NO. Stove is dangerous if piped as above.
 Not compatible with sealed system.

You will have to change cylinder (two coils required) must be above stove, get F&E tank in attic. Run separate open vent pipe to attic (and ideally new feed pipe). modifiy pipework in hot press, interconnect stove and heating circuit via pump etc.
Probably have to get rid of sealed system... could be a nightmare. You might not have enough pressure to feed 3rd floor etc.
You might be able to have semi sealed and vented system but complicated.

Get quotations from different plumbers. they will have to see pipe runs and be able to put tanks above the highest radiator.

ok my hotpress is 5.5 feet away from where i want to install the stove. the existing return pipe that feeds the rads at present from the oil boiler will be below the level of the return on the stove. I know i will have to do away with the sealed system am going to install a F&E tank in attic which is appox 8 feet above the highest rad. the flow from the stove will have a slight rise in it but how high do i have to go with this before i connect it into existing flow from oil heating line???

Get a plumber In for god sake. Solid fuel piping should not be attempted by DIY ers. It's extremely dangerous

also the oil system is a sealed system and am aware i need a vented system for stove You are correct you Must have an open vent system for solid fuel the house im in is a 3 story. The room below the attic i have a rad which is served with 1/2 pipe could i tap into these and use then for the feed and expansion ???Its not that simple or straight forward

You need substantial plumbing changes to incorporate a solid fuel boiler into your system including, raised dual coil cylinder, conversion to open vent system, installation of sufficient heat leak.

Solid fuel boilers are dangerous if not installed properly

Doing a solid fuel wrong is literally turning your stove into a bomb if a few things go wrong

Yes I have always loved that episode. I would have preferred if they had of done it with temperature/pressure rather than just pressure. It would have been much more of a bang.
