Knowing what carrier you're with will make all the difference.

Are you able to make and receive calls? Are you able to use any cellular data, or is it tethering you're looking to set up?

Try going to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network and make sure the settings there are set to these settings from the big Meteor thread at the top of the forum.

my mmsc setting isnt underlined would that make a difference n i dont know how to underline it
