Advice on solicitor letter re debt recovery

    Hi all,
I owe the bank 10,000.I had been making repayments of 70 euro a week up until I was made redundant.I then could only afford 10 euro on welfare.I spoke to bank manager who spoke to recovery dept of bank.i was told this was unacceptable.6 months later I got a letter from solicitors stating that i had to fill out there form.I had to basically tick a box stating that
    1. I was able to pay the full amount immediatelt
    2. I could not but would be able soon
    3. Most definately could not and that i had to state my proposed amount to be paid weekly.
In addition I had to send all bank account details evidence of income bills all outgoings etc etc.
I am going to send a letter or email stating that 3 is the situation but as the bank dont want to accept this and have paid a firm of solicitors to recover loan if i give them evidence of income and expenditure Im giving them my own details with which they could use against me in court presumably to argue for increase in payment.Indeed they have asked me to sign form to this effect that any details I give them could be so used.
So I'm going to give them nothing except the letter stating what i propose to repay with a income and expenditure outline but no details such as bank statements and bills .I can hand these over in court not until then.
i would appreciate any advice people have on this course of actions.

No one can give you advice other than speak to a solicitor. This falls squarely in the column of being contrary to forum rules.
