Analogue feeds will be fed by DSAT. BBC One NI has moved from 10773H to 10817V, and BBC Two NI from 10803H to join it.
That brings the debate that RBS tests are done and dusted to a close in Northern Ireland.

Reason being to put BBC One HD on the same DVB-S2 transponder as BBC HD and for a general re-organisation. To free up space on 2D.

So will 'traditional' teletext be inserted on BBC1,2 NI via DSAT, if its the case it is to feed analogue UHF transmitters?

Yes it will just be added as packet data via the BBC network distribution feeds as will red button services and such.

It's primarily to feed Divis which in turns feeds it's own relays via a typical RBL. Brougher and Limavady have a fall back to Divis and to a certain extent Strabane if the BT circuitry fails, both sites have been line fed since dual running began.
Because the RBS links are broken due to DSO it makes sense to feed BBC services over DSAT. If a major network failure occured leaving Crystal Palace fed with the Test card Northern Ireland couldn't opt in because the RBL link via Cambret is broken.
