Pallet burner problems PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have a Viadrus Vialing 25kw pallet burner and since commissioned about two weeks ago, never heated the water in it's self to more than 50'C and it keeps jamming up at the front of the feeding screw. When this happens the safety pin from the gearbox to feeding screw sheers or the motor stalls, tripping the boiler out. There is a buffer tank connected to the oil and pallet burners and the oil burner heats the buffer tank and radiators with in a hour or so, but as the pallet boiler can't heat it self, so I have no hope for it at this stage....
    • We got a ton of pallets from Timber Pro and are trusted to be good.
    • The feeding speed has been adjusted every which way possible
    • All the settings for that matter has been scrutinized for best performance
    • The plumbing has been checked twice (by a well respected plumber)
Any experience with these boilers or these symptoms would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello

First question is who installed this boiler for you? You said that it has only been installed 2 weeks ago so presumably the installer can't have gone to gorund already?

What part of the country are you in? If you are not to far away then I don't mind calling out to have a look at the setup for you.
