iTunes setup assistant?

Everytime I start up my itunes, a message comes up as follows:

    "Welcome to iTunes

Based on your answers to a few brief questions, this assistant will configure iTunes and alert you to any additional information you need to know about the application and your system.

Choose iTunes Help from the Help menu to get additional help about iTunes features.

To get started, click the next button."

This message has only started appearing in recent weeks, even though I've had iTunes for years. Is there any way to prevent this message from popping up?

    Anyone able to help?

I'm afraid if I click 'next', it might reinstall my iTunes and I'll have to record all my music again....
