Bill printed on plain paper

    I got my ESB bill yesterday, printed on ordinary photocopying paper, with a ESB stamp and not the usual pre-printed bill. Is this "kosher"?

    Hi Victor,

    I see the reason for your concern; PM me your account details if you'd like me to look into it. Photocopied/reprinted bills should only be issued upon request of the account holder.

    I could email you a copy of the most recent bill as a .pdf attachment; this would be in full colour, just as the posted originals are. You could also register here and view your bills online in the same manner, if that would be convenient for you.
