I'm thinking of moving abroad, maybe Canada or the US, I'm just wondering can you get there with little or no qualifacations? I mean get a visa or whatever? Or is the only possibility to work there illegially?

It's probably worth your while to check the links in this sticky if you're considering emigrating to the US/Canada.
