Pumpkin Soup

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone has any recipes for this?

    I made 2 batches of it last year with a recipe i got online last year, and it was probably the best soup I ever had. It was quite simple aswell, pumpkin & tinned tomatoes were the main ingrediants but I cant remember after that really..it was finished with cream then at the end when blended.

    Has anyone any nice recipes for this soup?

    Sorry to hijack the thread but has anyone ever made pumpkin pie? Can it be made using the regular pumkins that you get in the supermarket?
