    A man faces charges of felony assault, false imprisonment and making criminal threats in the court of Riverside County, California after he found out that a 23-year-old male had sent a picture of his genitals to his 17-year-old daughter.

    Justin Moore, now 24, was friends with William Atwood Sr.'s daughter and son. In what he claims was part of a joke, Moore sent a picture of his genitals with his cell phone to Atwood's daughter and other friends.

    Moore learned that this picture message upset the Atwood family, and he was invited over to their house for a talk. Moore was expecting dinner, but instead he had a shotgun fired over car upon his arrival.

    At gunpoint, Moore was ordered by William Atwood Sr. to strip to his boxers and then bound him to a chair using zip ties. Atwood then used a stun gun on Moore's neck and threatened to bury him in the Pechanga Indian Reservation.

    After about an hour, Atwood called the authorities for a citizen's arrest on Moore for trespassing. Moore didn't speak a word.

    "I was too afraid. I didn't know if they were real police," Moore said, adding that police laughed when they saw him tied up. "They said they never saw anything like that before, and they thought it was funny."
