Is this still possible at this point? If so, who do I get in touch with?

I am doing the Electronic systems postgrad incase that helps.

Change of mind is closed. Best I can think of is to talk to registry or maybe contact David Molloy in the Elect Eng department...he seems to be in charge of modules, projects etc.

What modules are you looking to change? Doing that course myself

I appear to be sorting it out now. Basically I have to fill in an R-37 form, get it signed by Tony Holohan and bring the form into registry office and pay them 60 euro.

I chose 2 nanoelectronic modules and switching to Network Programming and Data Network Protocol analysis. I should have known better because I hated semiconductor technology subjects in my undergard course but liked the programming and datacoms modules. :P
