    10-1 with Victor Chandler

If he gets played regularly and quits making the odd silly wreckless tackle I reckon this is excellent value.

Its generally English players that get this (Ashley Young, Milner, Scott Parker, Jenas)

Good shout but will he get enough game-time with Fabs, Walcott and RVP to come back? I havn't seen the prices but I presume Adam Johnson must be in there but the same question applies to him. Walcott would prob still be classified too.

Gareth Bale could be a danger too, but great odds on Wilshire, good spot.

Seamus Coleman! or Any Carroll if he keeps the goals going.

Forgot about him - OP I hope you took the 10-1 as he is down to 4-1 now. Bale is 5-4 fav.

Even though I rate Wilshere highly, ya could effectively close this thread now because it will take something extraordinary to take that gong off Bale... his odds will prob be summit like 1/2 now

    Yeah got 30 on at 10-1 ...

Gareth Bale is definite frontrunner but if Wilshere can have a run in the team and get an England appearance between now and January he could sneak it. Hopefully, for the sake of the bet, the English media will pronounce him England's great white hope.

Just bumpin this as I had a quick look at oddschecker and wilshere is now 4/6 with VC and even money on betfair...

This movement happened in the last few days - Anyone have any idea where this came from? is this just based on his england performance?

The votes for this are case in feb so this just doesn't make sense to me ... Had all but written this bet off.

This is because Bale has gone into evens with VC for PFA Player of the Year award which would leave the door open for Wilshere for YPFA. It is very unlikely Bale will win them both (can he?) so things look good for your bet.

Reckon Wilshere has this in the bag. In my very humble opinion he's had a better season than Bale and the media seem to love him despite his off field antics..

AFAIR he's only been involved in one off-field incident, where he was arrested for an assault but then released as it came to light that he was acting the role of peacemaker.
I follow him on twitter and he rarely says anything controversial, he even often gives words of support to player from other teams, and recently was helping out kids in a local school or something.
I've honestly no idea what you're talking about. Any links or anything??

Quick google search on the man shows him to be a father-to-be apparently. Nothing else of note that I found anyways.
