horse win/loss database website anyone?

    Does anyone know a website where I can see past results horses came in?
    I want to get a bit deeper into horse laying and want to check a given horse's history preferably including what type of race it was in.

    You can search by horse name on the Racing Post site. It details all previous runs, where it came in the race, weight etc
