How to disable (temporarily) AVG??

    Hi All,
    I need to download some software for my android phone, but I need to disable my virus protection software to allow it to settup fully. The software is from HTC so it's totally legite. Problem is I can't find any option on AVG free version, to disable the program at all? Without resorting to uninstalling AVG, downloading the HTC program, and reinstalling AVG is there any other way I can do it?
