    Hi
    Any members play for star of the sea in the early sixties.I think they were from the sandymount area.

    dear Bree star of the sea GAA football team came from Howth junion.they also won a Dublin junior championship in 1949 I do have a winners medal from that win that my father won with them he is 92 now.also if you had some one play in that team ? there is photo I came across through a friend who is member of Naomh Barrog GAA CLUB they have a pamphlet they issue and there a photo of the team in it,if you have aney more history on the team [ star of the sea] Naomh Barrog would love to know as they are trying to establish the history of the team I to would like to find out more to.

    Well, gerry farrell contacted me and I delivered the medal to him F O C. and he was very pleased to have it to add to his collection of Star of the Sea memorabilia.
