    It's awful after timing but I wouldn't have backed him at evens today. Beginners chase with a horse who fell last time over hurdles...no chance of a bet

    While we're on the topic of not backing horses in a beginners' chase,I couldn't believe every body in the bookies backing Bahrain Storm yesterday at 7/4 and getting thick when he got beat. What did they expect? Can't say I ever thought of that horse as a chaser.
