Honestly though, I never got why The Room was considered so funny. It's just awful, plain and simple.

This is probably awful too No, wait, this was really funny :pac:

The Room is the greatest film i've seen over the last 5 years. But if this is a stock horror film; not an attempt at a serious drama then it's probably not funny at all, just poor. Oh well. hopefully not!

I'll give this a watch soon, but I don't think Wiseau can top the Room, which is funny for one main reason: how sincere it is. This is a man who made a film he genuinely thought was a masterpiece, but was a trite, poorly delivered - oh was it poorly delivered! - mess and full of hilarity as a result. He's now aware of his own absurdity, and I don't think he can top the insane sincerity with which he produced the Room as a result.
