    Hi, I am currently working for a big and very stable company. But I feel that I am underpaid for my education and experience. I have been offered a job with much better salary and I think more possibilities for career development. The problem is that this company is a very small start up business in Ireland. I am not sure how stable would be a small business in the current Irish Economy. Is it worth to take the risk. What if I leave my current employment and the new buseness dies in a few months? Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks,

    Obv it depends how difficult it would be to get back into your current job or a similar one if the startup goes busto...

    I'd stick it out if I were you.

    It's not all about money, do you enjoy your current position?

    This is just my opinion as I don't know your personal circumstances.
