Also know TheRoadrunner and Tunguska are 33-34 min men and say there a fair few more around

OP, presume you're asking about PB (whatever they are - 1992 was last time I had one :rolleyes:/:(/:D ), as 10k times for 2010 are all already available on the best of 2010 thread.

36 and a half mins at 1 of the BHAA runs. Too lazy to sift through my training log for exact details!

38:24, though that was my Garmin's 10k time on a course that was slightly over 6.3 miles :rolleyes:

Hard Worker

31.03 track time from Dublin Championship many moons ago.
30.36 from the Ennis 10K Road Race.
Two and a half stone heavier now and would probably run about 38 minutes at the moment.

He should be able to break the 39... just as long as there wasn't anyone with a camera along the course distracting him to strike a silly pose on the way.

Can just about do under 40, but never run races so its not official!!!
