    OP, presume you're asking about PB (whatever they are - 1992 was last time I had one :rolleyes:/:(/:D ), as 10k times for 2010 are all already available on the best of 2010 thread.

    31.03 track time from Dublin Championship many moons ago.
    30.36 from the Ennis 10K Road Race.
    Two and a half stone heavier now and would probably run about 38 minutes at the moment.

    He should be able to break the 39... just as long as there wasn't anyone with a camera along the course distracting him to strike a silly pose on the way.

    Can just about do under 40, but never run races so its not official!!!
