does some one knows where i can download Garda vetting forms?and also just want to find out Traffic offence is a crime?as i have about 4 points on my licence for speeding. Thanks Mugabe

Traffic offences need not be disclosed on a visa if they are not requested. A police cert of character, which is usually required for a visa, can be obtained from your local station. A vetting application is done by your employer.
