I came across this today. Just looking for opinions on whether

    1. it is a good laptop
    2. it is a good deal at the price of 599 euro

    SONY VAIO

    - 3gb RAM

    - 320gb HD

    - AMD Athlon Dual Core P320

    - Radeon ATI Mobility HD5450 Graphics

    - Windows 7

Just need it for the usual things like surfing the Internet, storing files (music etc.)...........I have no interest in gaming.

    Thanks in advance.

I have a 3 year old Sony Vaio and would not buy one again, as the mouse buttons are practically worn out. Swapped them last year, but it's becoming too much of a struggle to click them. Also have a 6-7 year old Dell, had to replace the battery and power cable, but other than that, it's proven to be robust. Considering getting a Toshiba at the moment.
