replacement bunkbed ladder

Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong place. I have 2 sets of steel bunkbed and both ladders have completly broken/snapped. Apart from that the bunks are in good condition and i realy cant afford to replace both sets. So any ideas where i would get a replacment ladder. Or even ideas/solutions. Thanks
