FAS SYOB Course

Has anyone done the SYOB course that FAS run and what did you think of it? I've heard good things about the course GMIT run but i'd rather not wait until it next starts in February. There is one starting in Shannon in a few week it's hard to find any real information about it...

i did one a good while ago. If you have ANY business experience it will be a snooze fest. Only thing I got out of it was a handy cashflow excel sheet. Its very basic stuff, but I did meet 3 people who I now do a little bit of business with.
