Termination of Tenancy

I am currently 7 months in to a 1 year lease. A deposit was paid and rent is paid on a weekly basis. The accommodation is cold and mould has grown on some of my clothes. The house is heated by oil and is on a timer which comes on in the morning and again in the evening for an hour which sends heat to the heaters in the rooms. The house also has an oil range which was converted from solid fuel before I had moved in. The oil range emits fumes which leaves my clothes smelling of kerosene so I don’t spend time in this room. As the house has no attic insulation the heat just escapes through the roof as soon as the timer oil heating timer switches off.
The landlord agreed to insulate the attic and said he would get a plumber to look at the range. A plumber looked at the range before on two separate occasions and the smell of kerosene still persists from the range. I don’t wish to stay on in the house as I feel it is bad for my health. I wish to terminate my contract.
What rights do I have? And what procedures should I take?

Bordering on legal advice, but I think it can stay open to point OP to the resources he'll need to research it himself.

Hi All, I am new here :) So forgive me if Ill do something wrong.
I have a problem with my Ex Landlord- he did not wanted to return my all deposit back, staying that I left apartment dirty and broke few things. This is totally untrue. He let me go 1 month earlier from the lease as I am pregnant and the apartment had mould and dampness- could not bring new baby there. He assured me over the phone that he will give my deposit back, so I wasn't worrying too much- as I simply trust him.
I cleaned the apartment, only leaving the mould to show him in what condition I was living, both box of Chocolate and waited for him to come. When he just arrived I saw straight away that his attitude changed. ( I haven't took any pictures of the clean apartment). We had words between us and when I decided to go as I didn't wanted to stress me more at 36 week pregnancy, he basically pushed me and called me different names in front of my 3 years old toddler. I left in tears and my child was stressed is well. I had pain on my said for few days and had to take painkillers.
After a week I met met my ex landlord again, this time I took my friend with me to be a witness, if something similar would happens.
He was starting to showed me things that are "damaged", 2 things wardrobe door and shower door is well- when left everything was is

working condition. He (landlord) probably unscrew the door and pooled to do a picture.
He offered me 700 instead of 900. When I mention to him that my clothes and shoes were damaged with mould and I have to through them out - he not even wanted to hear that. I took his check and went out.

Please advise me if there is any possibility to get the rest of the deposit back ( 200- for me allot of money with new baby to come) and is there anywhere I can advertise how bad this landlord is to warn other people.
