lost import keys

Hi guys, I've got a Mitsubishi FTO that has:

    a. had its keys taken
    b. I've lost them.

I'm inclined to think its A, so I've disconnected and removed battery.

However, my search for a replacement key is proving difficult. The locksmiths can't help me becuase 'its an import' and Mitsubishi Ireland can't help me because 'its an import'. How can I get a key made up?

Added to that, there is an aftermarket alarm/immobiliser on it. I'm working on finding out how to disable the immobiliser, as I have access to the car and engine, cos the car is unlocked.

Have you tried any jap parts suppliers. there are many in dublin. Might supply you with ignition and all door locks?

Also maybe try www.autokey.ie They also may have a solution
