    Hello!

I'm looking for an Irish classical music record label (that isn't very old/very small -e.g dolphin/dara records, although I know they dont specialise in classical music), but I cannot seem to find one. Do any exist or must I resort to looking at multinational record labels such as the subsidiaries of Universal Classics (decca, philips etc)?
If so, how does one even go about approaching one of these labels with one's music? Sending in a demo doesn't seem to be an option, but maybe it is and I just missed that bit of information somewhere!
Anyway, I'm at a total loss with regard to how to proceed and any advice or help anyone can offer would be greatly appeciated, thanks for your time!!

    Mark

I don't know of any Irish labels, but you could try Magnatune at magnatune.com. They're an online-only independent label, and they give a very fair deal to their artists.

What kinda style/era are you working in?
As this could vary from company to company.
If it's more modern stuff you could try Diatribe records.
They're pretty influential on the modern side of things.
