Boxing Clinic Training?

    Anyone training there can tell me what nights wrestling/BJJ Is On?
    Cheers.
    Also If you want to come to just a few of the said classes do you have to pay for a membership?
    And finally this might be a Silly Question,But do ye take people o for work experience?Would love to go there.:D

    You might be best of to ring them or call down to the gym.

    BJJ is on tue & wed, gi is at 7 and no-gi is on at 8.15. You need a membership for any/all classes. no idea about work experience, as said best to contact them about it directly.

    you can try all classes once for free.

    monday at 7.30, friday at 7.30 and sat 2pm

    hi daniel, the bjj is actually tuesday and thursday, gi is at 7pm, nogi at 8.15.
    mma is with justin robbins and at the moment we are focusing on wrestlng and the lads here are loving it.
    you can try a free class no problem. we are membership only but our membership reates are very cheap especially for students like yourself.
    as for work experience youd be best calling down to us to have a chat.

    justin is incredible, it's a pleasure training under him, even if my body feels it for a day or two afterwards! thoroughly recommended.
