What Molle plate carrier?

I am thinking of getting a molle plate carrier and am just wondering what is the best type to get. I am on a medium budget. Any info would be greatly appreciated. If i get this one,where could i get the cumberbound (spelling?) so i can put pouches on the side?

Some vests can't take a cummerbund, looking at that one I would say it can, look on the rest of the website you might be able to spot it. What's your budget?

€60-70 i have the pouches so all i need is the carrier ,i had a molle chest rig but did not like getting shot in the back

There are a few types of bare vests over on Ebaybanned like this or this for cheap enough, I picked up one there recently for €55, so you'll get something within your budget, try Ehobby aswell.:)
