As the title suggests I'm looking to purchase a good quality leather belt (brown or black) that you can change the buckles on.

Look all over the place for one.

    Cheers

I got a decent leather belt in Tescos of all places! Nice chunky belt with a good sturdy buckle.

Couldn't be arsed heading in town for the sake of a belt.:pac:

I've not seen an interchangable belt for sale in years. I have a very old one that was part of a military uniform. The kit contained two brass buckles, two black and one brown strap ahd belt loops to match. I think EBay or custom made might be your only choice.
There are a few good leather workers around who'll make one for you. Try the Bag Repairs place at 11 harcourt Street (Dublin).

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

I ordered two black leather belts off a website, Aspinal of London. Arrived within a week, in boxes and perfect leather belts.

Though the best belt I've ever had or seen was a Levi brown leather belt that I've had for absolute ages and it is still as good as ever.

Definitely worth shelling out a few quid for a more quality one as it will last you far, far longer and simply look better.

Cobblers are actually a good place to look. Think the place on Tara Street has them and Bryan's on Talbot Street
